2014.04-Now平成26年度から、中学生が理科や科学に興味を持てるようにとの思いで、交野市立第四中学校理科室または生命科学科実習室を会場に、大学の先生や学生と一緒に色々な実験を行い、自然現象や身近な科学に触れ、理科を楽しむことを目的に、「中学生理科セミナー」を開催しています。
